Paid Time Off – Full Time

• Vacation Leave: Generous vacation accrual based on years of BGCCSC service. Eligible after 90 days of employment. Maximum accrual of 1.5 times annual accrual rate.

  • 0-2 Years of Service: 10 days per year
  • 3-9 Years of Service: 15 days per year
  • 10-14 Years of Service: 20 days per year
  • 15+ Years of Service: 25 days per year

• Sick Leave: 64 hours per year with maximum accrual of 96 hours.

• Holidays: Up to 13 paid holidays (104 hours) including the full week of Christmas

Management Time Off – Full Time

Management Time Off is available for salaried positions. This time may be rolled over until maximum is reached. Maximum accrual is equivalent to annual accrual. Accrual rates and limits are listed below:

  • Area Directors: 32 hours (1.23 hours per pay period)
  • Director of Administration: 32 hours (1.23 hours per pay period)
  • Director of Marketing & Communication: 32 hours (1.23 hours per pay period)
  • Director of Program Services: 32 hours (1.23 hours per pay period)
  • Event Manager: 32 hours (.92 hours per pay period)
  • Human Resources Manager: 24 hours (.92 hours per pay period)
  • REACH Mentors: 24 hours (.92 hours per pay period)
  • Senior Program Directors: 24 hours (.92 hours per pay period)
  • Resource Development Manager: 24 hours (.92 hours per pay period)

Paid Time Off – Part Time

• Sick Leave: 1 hour accrues for every 30 hours worked. May accrue up to 6 days and use up to 3 days per year. Eligible after 90 days of employment.
