Megan Spackman | Administrative Operations Manager
Growing up in Petaluma, Megan attended the Club as a child and has spent 9 years with Sonoma County Boys & Girls Clubs in Programmatic and Administrative roles. Megan attended Sonoma State University, where she majored in Psychology. She is passionate about building high quality teams, who will fiercely advocate for our Youth. In addition to non-profit work, Megan spent 6 years in Property Management where she honed her business and administrative skills. She is currently pursuing her Professional of Human Resources certification.
Isadora Slovick | Administrative Manager
Isadora Slovick joins the team as the Administrative Manager. A Sonoma County resident of 20 years and raised by a single mother she is keenly aware of the important role the Boys & Girls Club of Central Sonoma County plays in children’s lives. Currently settled in Santa Rosa with her husband, Isadora is excited for the opportunity to give back to a community that she grew up in and loves.
Melissa Magee | Administrative Manager
Melissa first joined Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Sonoma County in 2015 as a Program Coordinator, took on an additional role of Administrative Assistant in 2016 and has now grown into the Administrative Manager position. Melissa is very dedicated to helping change the lives of kids everyday and believes strongly in the impact Boys & Girls Clubs has in the lives of the kids it serves. From becoming a guardian to her youngest siblings to working with Boys & Girls Clubs, she is very passionate about always giving and never expecting.
Katie Van Workum | Administrative Coordinator
Originally from Orange County, California, Katie brings 15 years of youth development experience to the Central Services team. She attended the University of California, Irvine where she received her BA in Psychology and Social Behavior. Previously a Program Director with Boys & Girls Clubs, Katie knows many sides of the organization and is excited to continue meaningful work for Sonoma County kids.
Paul Dawson | Child Nutrition Program Coordinator
Paul has over 10 years of experience in administration and financial management. Eight of these years have been spent with non-profit organizations focused on providing services to youth. Paul has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University Channel Islands. He is passionate about making positive changes in the lives of children.
