Ana’s exposure to youth development stems from her parents’ careers in education, and she has enjoyed the professional and personal growth gained from working with her colleagues and Members alike. She is humbled by the change seen as a result of the hard work and intentionality behind the mentorship in her department and looks to every day as a new opportunity for positive change.
