Each theme culminates in a special “Fun Friday” activity that Members look forward to each week.

    Daily: Campers will have a set daily schedule (exact timing varies by location) in which they will participate in the following Club components:

    • Warm welcome & group bonding activities (Camp songs and icebreakers);

    • 1 hour of summer accelerated learning programming;

    • 1 hour block of games & sports on a weekly theme;

    • 1 hour block dedicated to social emotional skill building activities;

    • 2 hours of traditional Theme-Week program activities (a variety of games, arts projects, STEM activities etc.); and

  • Campers safety is our number one priority. To learn more about how we kids safe, click here.

  • Parents will receive a welcome email with specific details on your Camp’s drop off & pick up procedures.

  • Camps cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property. Therefore, we strongly recommend leaving all personal possessions at home. Every Camp has a phone line that parents may use to contact their child in the event that they need to do so. Personal tech equipment will be allowed for Clubs that encourage Campers to use specific learning apps during designated times.

  • Camp is a time for Campers to put down their cell phones and focus on the joy of learning new skills, conversing with friends, and giggling with peers. If campers do bring their cell phone to camp, it must stay in their backpack. Selected Clubs may allow specific time to use phones, but campers will need to be seated at a table, where staff can observe the content being looked at. Note: Camera and videos are not permitted. If phones become a distraction to Camp, they will be confiscated and not allowed. Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
