Program Overview

Tomorrow’s Leaders Today is for high school Juniors* interested in developing their leadership skills, exploring potential careers, and learning more about how communities work and how citizens participate to shape and improve them. Throughout the school year, TLT participants attend one program day a month that will allow them the opportunity to learn about current issues, meet leaders in and explore opportunities among a variety of fields.

Get Involved

TLT is community-based and community-supported. There are many ways you can help support our work with youth: make a tax-deductible contribution; host or present at a Program Day; join one of our Steering Committees; and more!

Prospective Students

The application process is designed to help TLT learn about students’ motivation and interest in leadership development, and their desire to influence and give back to their communities. Our goal is to create a group of students who will benefit from this experience, as well as contribute to the TLT program and to communities now and in the future.

*Most students apply to be in the program while they are in their sophomore year of school. On a pilot basis, students from Cloverdale, Healdsburg and Windsor high schools may apply to the North Class during their junior years as well.
